I'm gonna give you some tips to organize in advance your trip in Japan, based on my own experience! Enjoy ✨

1st : Book the plane ✈

When you know approximately the dates you wanna go to Japan, the first thing to do is to book the plane. It exists many sites for it. For instance, I use skyscanner. I've noticed that depending of the day the price change. Tuesday and Thursday are often cheaper than Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

2nd : Book accommodation

When you have your plane tickets 🎟 , you would be able to determine the date and time you'll arrive. So, book your accommodation (Hotel, Airbnb, capsule Hotel, ryokan, etc.). Everytime I went to Japan, I booked an Airbnb. It is really well developed in Japan! You will have a lot of proposition and the apartments are always super clean (Japanese clean)!

3rd : Buy the JRPass

If you wanna visit only Tokyo don't buy it!

4th : Buy a pasmo card or a suica card

Japanese people use a pasmo card or a suica card for everything : transport, buying food, pay restaurants... It is really handy!

5th : Ready blogs, buy travel books, watch videos about Japan

By doing this, you will know what to see and where to go! Then you could make a visiting program!

6th : Save all addresses in Google map

Google map is really really useful in Japan! Even if you are in the countryside, you will have everything recorded.

With all your address (accommodation, restaurants, visits) in the app, you just have to click on it and follow the instructions! 😁 Very easy!

7th : Download apps

Here some very useful app when you are in Japan :

> Google map 🗺

> Google translate

It works very well in Japanese! You can talk to your phone and it will translate what you said in Japanese. Super useful for having a conversation with Japanese people 😍

It is also very practical for reading 😉

> JR - East Train info

It is the official app for the JR Lines.

On Japan, there are many transport companies. When you have a JR Pass, it is "free" and unlimited for the JR Lines.

You will have to pay for using the other lines.

> HyperDia

It is also a transport app. It regroups all the trains lines, buses, etc.

Google map is also good but sometimes those app are more efficient.

> My Radar

It gives the weather and also indicates the typhoon 🌀.

With all this, you will be able to visit easily Japan 🇯🇵!

Enjoy your trip ✨
