Pharès' first birthday !

For his birthday party, I wanted to prepare a cake that everyone would enjoy, both cats and humans. I'm allergic to seafood so I avoided those. I tough that meat would be complicated to use for a good cake, and maybe to dry. Pharès loves surimi and tuna so I decided to prepare a tuna cake with a surimi frosting for his birthday party.
RECIPE
Tuna & Surimi Mousse
Ingredients :

250 g of tuna in brine

250 g of surimi

2 hard-boiled eggs

100 g cooked and drained zucchini
-
4 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
-
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
-
100 g cooked white rice
-
1 glass of fish stock
-
4 g of agar-agar
Preparation (1):
Empty the juice from the tuna and rinse it with water. In the bowl of your food processor, put the hard-boiled egg, the zucchini cut into pieces, the yoghurt, the oil and the rice and blend. Separate in 2 (2/3 - 1/3). In the largest part (2/3) add the tuna. In the small part, add the surimi. Then cook the court-bouillon separately and as soon as it boils add the agar-agar. Stir well for a few minutes and pour into the tuna, egg and yoghurt mixture. Pour the mixture into a mould. Put both preparations in the fridge for 2-3 hours (a little less for the surimi mousse).
Tuna cake
Ingredients :

1 egg

150 g tuna
-
2 tablespoons of flour
Preparation (2):
Before you start, please preheat your oven to 180°C. Empty the juice from the can of tuna and rinse it with water to remove as much salt as possible. In a bowl, whisk the egg and add the tuna. Stir and pour in the flour. Mix until you obtain a paste and transfer the preparation obtained to a muffin tin, previously oiled. Butter your muffin tin beforehand if you don't have a silicone one. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Preparation (3):
Once the cakes are cooked and the mousses are cold, cut each cake in half. Put the tuna mousse in the middle. Use a little surimi mousse to stick them together. With the surimi mousse, make the frosting.
